If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your online purchase, if you return your unworn, unlaundered merchandise in salable condition within 90 days of purchase, DXL will refund the purchase price of the product in the original method of payment. The return must be accompanied by a valid receipt or packing slip. Custom clothing (suits, suit separates, jackets and dress shirts) cannot be returned for a refund, unless there is a substantial defect.
International online orders must be returned via Global-E and must be authorized using a Return Merchandise Authorization form. Please contact the DXL Customer Service team to process this form and to receive shipment documentation.
Returns sent without the appropriate documentation may be delayed at Customs.
The refund occurs automatically once the parcel with the returned merchandise is scanned back into the DXL warehouse.
The return fee ($20 USD) is a flat rate based on market.
International Online Exceptions
International orders are not eligible for merchandise exchanges or ship-to-store.
Some promotional restrictions may not apply to international orders, including some promotions, free shipping, or gifts with purchase.
International customers are not eligible to participate in the DXL Rewards Program.
