What qualifies as an “eligible” product?

An “eligible” product is one that is identical (same brand label, style, color and size) to an item we carry in store or online.

DXL Price Match Guarantee Policy
We will match the price of an item at a Qualified Retailer if it is identical to an item we sell (meaning, the same brand, style, color and size).

Valid Proof:

“Proof” of price may include:

Qualified Retailer’s printed advertisement, printed in-store signage, picture of in-store signage showing price, brand label, style, color and size of product and date or advertisement.
Online mobile device showing price, brand label, style, color, size and features of eligible product.
Screenshots are allowed, but all details, including the date, must be included and legible.
Sales receipt of eligible product purchased, dated within 14 days of price match request, showing price, brand label, style, color and size of product, or SKU number if purchased at DXL.

BOGO (Buy One, Get One) promotions
Items shipped from or sold by a third party seller on a Qualified Retailer’s website
Gated pricing and/or pricing available only to membership programs
Prices found at a retail outlet store
Advertised pricing from a Qualified Retailer based on typographical error or misprint
Free “gift with purchase” and coupon o_ers from a Qualified Retailer

Macy’s, JC Penney, Kohl’s, Men’s Warehouse, Westport Big + Tall, Walmart, Target, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Nordstrom, Dillard’s, 7 for All Mankind, adidas, Allen Edmunds, Boss, Brooks Brothers, Callaway, Calvin Klein, Carhartt, Champion, Columbia, Deer Stags, Dockers, Faherty, Haggar, Hey Dude, Jack Victor, Joe’s Jeans, Lacoste, Levi’s, Life is Good, Lucky Brand, Majestic Michael Kors, Nautica, New Balance, O’Neill, Original Penguin, Polo Ralph Lauren, Psycho Bunny, Reebok, Robert Graham, Stacy Adams, SWIMS, Tallia Orange, The North Face, Tommy Bahama and vineyard vines.

Limitations and Restrictions:

If a customer purchases an item at DXL, then finds the identical item at a lower price at DXL or at a Qualified Retailer within 14 days of their purchase, they can come back to the store or contact Customer Service at 855.746.7395 and request the lower price (within the 14 days after their purchase).
Price matches are limited to three per eligible product per day.
Price matches are performed against the selling price of the item(s).
We do not take sales tax into consideration when price matching. We match the pre-tax price.
If a Qualifying Retailer requires a certain quantity be purchased to receive the lower price, then you must purchase the same quantity from DXL to receive a price match.
