If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your online purchase, Global-e will refund the purchase price plus any tax, duties and tariffs you paid in the original method of payment for your return of unworn, unlaundered merchandise in salable condition within 90 days of purchase accompanied by a valid receipt or packing slip. Custom clothing (suits, suit separates, jackets and dress shirts) cannot be returned for a refund, unless there is a substantial defect. Gift cards cannot be returned.
International online orders must be returned via Global-e and must be authorized using a Return Merchandise Authorization form. Please contact Customer Service to process this form and to receive shipment documentation. Global-e will credit your account upon receipt of the merchandise at the international hub.
We are not able to offer merchandise exchanges on online orders shipped internationally.
If you return an item that was purchased using a coupon discount that was taken on the entire transaction, the value of such coupon was proportionally distributed to all items purchased and the discount will be forfeited and may not be reused. If you return one of the items, the final price refunded will be the original as-sold price shown on the receipt less the prorated coupon discount.
Returns sent without the appropriate documentation may be delayed in Customs. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original international shipping charges.
